Import and Distribution of Japanese Products

We import a broad range of Japanese fast-moving consumer goods—including food products, health foods, cosmetics, and daily necessities—and deliver them to general consumers in Russia through marketplaces, retail chains, and corporate clients. We handle the entire process end-to-end, from obtaining local conformity assessment documents, Russian-language labeling, and affixing circulation control codes to customs clearance and distribution. Please see Transaction Flow for details on how transactions are structured.

EAEU Common Regulatory Framework & Future Expansion

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is a common market comprising five member states: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan. Technical regulations for products are harmonized across the union, meaning that conformity assessment documents obtained by us are valid across all EAEU member states. At present, our sales are conducted within Russia. Supply to EAEU member states other than Russia will be undertaken only where we have the supplier's prior written consent and have completed the same legal and regulatory verifications.

Logistics

TransportGoods are transported from warehouses in Japan to Vladivostok via Toyama Port. The maritime transit leg takes an average of 2–3 days (excluding customs clearance and domestic delivery).
Labeling & CodesRussian-language label stickers and circulation control codes under Russia's product traceability system "Chestny ZNAK" are affixed at a warehouse in Japan prior to shipment by the Japanese entity designated by us. In principle, no modification to your original packaging is required.
Logistics FacilityShipments are arranged per customer, and after arrival in Vladivostok goods are delivered directly to customers (marketplaces, retail chains, corporate clients) or resellers. We do not use our warehouse as a consolidation or storage hub and, as a rule, hold no stock. Our own 250 ㎡ warehouse is used only when inspection or short-term storage is required.
