Based in Vladivostok, we are an import and distribution company that procures Japanese fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) for sale within Russia. Goods cleared for import in Vladivostok can circulate across the common market of the five EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) countries. We welcome new business partnerships with Japanese manufacturers and wholesalers.

For Suppliers
We procure Japanese food products, health foods, cosmetics, daily necessities, and other consumer goods, and distribute them in Russia through marketplaces, retail chains, and corporate clients. We conduct business with our Japanese suppliers under the following terms.
Domestic Transactions in Japan & Advance Payment
Your transaction will be a domestic sale in Japan to the Japanese entity designated by us. Payment will be made in Japanese yen by that entity to your bank account in Japan prior to delivery.
Local Procedures Borne by Us
Obtaining conformity assessment documents in Russia, Russian-language labeling, affixing circulation control codes, and customs clearance are carried out at our expense as the importer. Russian-language label stickers are affixed at a warehouse in Japan. Draft labels will be submitted for your approval prior to printing.
Pre-Order Legal & Regulatory Screening
We verify the item, destination, and end-user prior to placing an order, and order only products confirmed not to be subject to export controls. Please see Compliance for our procedures.
Handling of Information
Information relating to transactions is handled in accordance with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and our written pledge letter (差入書). We will never register your trademarks or domain names.

Maritime transit days are an estimate for the sea leg only (excluding customs clearance and domestic delivery). Exports are conducted under standard export declarations explicitly stating Russia as the destination. We do not conduct exports via third countries.
